Join the Cape Fear Cruisers for their annual Classic Cars ‘n Rock ‘n Roll in Southport on Saturday, October 26th, 2024. This event features a car show, ice cream social, and of course, rock ‘n roll concerts.
On Saturday, October 26th, at Howe and Bay Streets on the water. Open to all year’s makes, and models of cars and trucks, this Halloween-themed show is free to spectators from 11 am until the awards are presented at 3 pm.
Come cast your vote for the Best Halloween Decorated Vehicle while enjoying live rock ‘n roll by The Back Porch Rockers (11:00a until 2:00p). A DJ will be spinning your favorite oldies from 10 am until 3:00 pm.
Show entries can pre-Register at a reduced fee of $20, and the Day of the Show fee is $25. Dash plaques to the first 100 entries with over 80 trophies. In addition to class awards for 1997 & Earlier and 1998 to Present, there will be a Top 50. The car club with the most show entries will take home a $200 cash award.
Show registration will be held from 8:30am until 11:00a. Food will be available for purchase at the local restaurants. There will be a 50/50 Cash Raffle and you do not need to be present to win! So come out and enjoy the beautiful Fall weather along the banks of the Cape Fear River.

ROAD CONDITIONS AND PARKING INFORMATION
Hwy 211 is now open from 17 to the show location at Howe & Bay Streets.
From Wilmington, take Hwy17 South and left at 87 to Howe St. Make a left at Howe to the show.
From Myrtle Beach, take 17 North and right onto Hwy 211 all the way to the show.
Also, Trailer Parking is available at the ILA Building, 211 W. 10th St, Southport at the intersection of N. Lord and W. 10th. Turn right just past the Southport Fire Station onto 10th Street and follow the signs 1 block to the lot.
