Join us on Bald Head Island from Friday, October 5, 2018, to Sunday, October 7, 2018, for three days of celebrations centered around great music, fine wine, craft beer, craft cocktails, and the best of Southern food.

We’re hosting three days of special events celebrating our Southern Living Inspired Community at Cape Fear Station, presented by Bald Head Island Limited Real Estate Sales and Southern Living magazine. Saturday’s events include wine, beer and cocktail tastings at The Common at Cape Fear Station, along with a smorgasbord of Southern delicacies.

While you’re in the neighborhood, be sure to tour our open houses in the Southern Living Inspired Community, just across the street from The Common. At Cape Fear Station on Bald Head Island, a new Southern Living Inspired Community is emerging along South East Beach Drive, just a stone’s throw from The Common and the Atlantic Ocean.

Hand-picked by the magazine’s editors, Southern Living Inspired Communities embrace the natural beauty of the Southern landscape, display the best of Southern Living inspired architecture, and contain environments that foster communal gatherings. Cape Fear Station on Bald Head Island is among a handful of elite communities that hold this designation.

Saturday evening climaxes with a live concert under the stars led by regional favorites Massive Grass. On Sunday, enjoy a delicious brunch at the Bald Head Island Club to cap off the weekend.

Traditional Oyster Roast at the Bald Head Island Club

Saturday, October 6th

Open Houses at the Southern Living Inspired Community

Tour open houses in the Southern Living Inspired Community in Cape Fear Station, recently named Community of the Year by Southern Living magazine.

Cookout on The Common at Cape Fear Station featuring Southern Smoke

– 5 PM –

Enjoy wine and craft beer, along with an out-of-this-world dinner by pitmaster Matt Register of Southern Smoke. Advance reservations required.

Live Music at The Common at Cape Fear Station

Kick up your heels with a delightful concert under the stars by bluegrass favorites Massive Grass.
