This Thursday, June 9th, get your groove on with Nowcat as the 2022 Southport Free Concert Series continues!
Nowcat features Shelia Bell on percussion and vocals with Richard D’Anjolell on guitars and vocals. The duo write original songs as well as perform their interpretation of an extensive catchy repertoire. Nowcat perform as a duo or with a full band.
The band features Gene Faller from Island Fever on drums and Scott Dilley from The Lockwood River Band on bass guitar. While Adrian Spencer Hayden, John Tatum,Higgs, Jeremy Truitt, William Kirkwood and quite a list of first class musicians join in as well. You never know what type of special guest might be jamming at a Nowcat show.
The Southport Concert Series is here to liven up your summer nights! The concerts feature some great beach and rock and roll music–perfect for a summer evening! The concert schedule is posted below.
Concerts will be held at the Franklin Square Park located at 130 East West Street, Southport, NC. So grab some beach chairs and your dancing shoes and come on out!
All concerts are free! Concerts will be every Thursday from, June 2, 2022 – September 1, 2022.
